Product Description
Copper Oxide Wire, abbreviated as COWP, CAS number 1317-38-0, chemical formula CuO.
This product is manufactured by high-temperature oxidation of pure copper wire, forming black short wire-shaped particles. The product composition mainly includes cupric oxide (CuO), accompanied by a small amount of cuprous oxide (Cu?O) and trace metallic copper. Our regular specification is wire length 2-4 mm,

Copper is an essential trace mineral element for ruminants. Our COWP is the classic raw material for copper bolus (copper capsule). When the bolus is swallowed by cattle, sheep, goat or deer, the copper oxide wire will stay in the rumen and release copper slowly for several months, effectively preventing copper deficiency diseases such as anemia, poor wool quality, reproductive disorders and bone problems. It is a cost-effective long-acting copper supplement solution for livestock farms.
